Question about LG Shine KE970 Cellular Phone
I have a new LG Shine, the screen is cracked on the inside. I had only had the phone 4 days and noticed my screen wasn't working then notced an interior crack on the screen. I have called the customer support and emailed twice and have not gotten an address for warranty service or any help. Can u help?
Do u have the insurance its like 5 $ extra if not call and add it then in a few days call them and tell them it's having tec problems and you want a different one and raise hell and ask for manager if they give u run around
