Question about GPS
This indicates major hardware failure on the part of the player. A dealership can help you get the cds out, it may need to be disconnected from the cars power to do so... (as long as it's a stock cd changer, one that came with the car). If the screen is going in and out it sounds like that is failing as well. You definitely want to look into getting a new one, and have them help you at least retrieve your cds out (the place you go to get a new one can definitely help you get them out as well if you want to bypass the dealership).
