Try unplugging the range from the power supply and switch off the circuit breaker. Wait about 5 minutes and replug the device and then turn on the breaker and see if that helps.
If that doesn't work, then it looks like the logic board has stuck, and the interlock switch will not work. You may have to call in a repair guy for this, to either unlock the switch or fit in a new assembly.
Please let me know how it goes with breaker, and any developments, maybe we can troubleshoot further before having to call the repair guy :)
