Question about Asrock G41M-LE Motherboard
The likely problem is that the chipset on the new board is not the same as on the old board. Newer versions of Windows are not very good at dealing with that automatically. You can try to do a repair install of Windows (though you might run into licensing problems) or you can check this out:
I have used this technique many times, nearly always successfully. Note especially the info at the bottom of the page that describes how to do this when you can't boot from the original system.
