I have a new LG Chocolate cell phone and am trying to download music from my itunes account onto my phone. I have been able to do that but only one or two songs play. I was told you have a product that will covert the other songs into a certain format (mp3 format ?) so that they will play on my phone. Does any of this sound probable or have you ever had to deal with this problem before? My service is with Verizon and I did get the memory card and have been able to successfully dowload the songs onto my card....but only a couple songs will actually PLAY on the phone. Thanks for any help or suggestions you might have.

In the headset, try to enter into the pairing mode ( keep hold the power button few sec). On your cell phone, look for your bluetooth device menu. try to lookup devices. when the cell phone finds the headset, press the code 0000 ( four zero's..). Then, remember to keep to enable automatic connection, in order to not have to enter the code next time you use the headset.
To put your headset again in pairing mode, you must assure that your phone's bluetooth radio is turned off. Only then, open your headset's boom. After it is in pairing mode, turn your phone's bluetooth radio on, and make it search for new devices.
Hope it works for you.
I have the same problem with my HBS-250. It was working fine on my iPod Touch. It worked the first couple of weeks on my iPhone 4 then stopped playing music. Phone funtion works. No music or podcasts or streaming from the web
It sounds as if the device is not paired with your Chocolate. Press and hold the button on the face of the HBM-710 headset for approximately five seconds, or until the light comes on and stays on steadily, then discover the device with your handset's Bluetooth screen. Once it shows up in the list of devices, select in and pair it with your phone.
i have 160 songs loaded and get about to the last 12 being loaded and it errors out on me aswell. sprint says they have an update to the music player, i just got it and it is now worse. does anyone know how the phone loads mp3's. (alpha, size?!?! exc, exc)
What is your phone ? If it has blue tooth you can pair to a bluetooth enabled Laptop and transfer files.. Else , try to get a data cable and software depending on you phone and you can then transfer. Data cable specific to phone is fastest
