Warranty how can i purchase additional warranties on products i have not received. this can not be accurate.

It may not be possible to purchase extended warranty for products which you had not received yet.
You need to have the Product Number and the Serial Number of the Product and register the extended warranty for that product after purchasing.
So, you need to wait untill you receive the product and purchase the requied extended warranty for the same.

For any type of product you purchase such as: Lawn mowers, cell phones, televisions, auto's, auto parts, etc., always inquire with the sales person about any warranties; regarding specific amount of time warranty is good for, as well as the stipulations of the warranty.

Some warranties require that a certain object or part not be tampered with at anytime a defect, malfunction or mishap occurs with the product or part. Some parts will have stickers or labels that will indicate that removal of such or the dismantling of parts will VOID the warranty.

Always, take back the unit in question while still under warranty (if possible) or, if available purchase additional warranty coverage if possible (affordable to you), and ask what options are available per additional warranty coverage based on pricing, length of time, terms of service, terms of warranty etc.

Warranties, as most know can be lengthy in reading, however it is worth the time to read thier entirety and can save you both time, money.

It is possible to change just the rubber seal on the pump on Fisher & Pakel washer?

When you purchase any new Fisher & Paykel whiteware product for personal or consumer use you automatically receive a one year limited warranty covering parts and labor for servicing within the 48 mainland United States, Hawaii, Washington DC and Canada. If your product qualifies, you also receive an additional 9 year parts only warranty on the Direct Drive motor part only. This additional 9 year warranty commences on the day following the expiry of the one year limited warranty and excludes the Rotor Position Sensor, motor controller and labor.

Another thing to keep in mind is suppost is working on what info they have. The speakers you have were manufactured over 3 years ago and are not being producted now. So if you have had them less than 6 months i would let support know this so they can get you an RMA. The big thing you will need is proof of purchase like the receipt or a credit card statement with the purchase on it.

The reason you got the reply that you got is since these speakers are out of production then most of the people that would be contacting them that have the speaker would be out of warranty. So in this case they missed the part about when you purchased them, if you included it.

So I would get back with support to see what they can do for you about getting your speakers fixed.

My dvd player will not hold a charge so I thought it might need a new battery. Where can I get one?

The only store I found that sold this at some point was Walmart. I went to the site where I found warranty information for this manufactuer and model # (see below for warranty details). Now here's the problem:
The website and phone number for the manufacturer no longer exist. I tried the website first and it linked me to some other website. I tried to call the number provided and an operator came on claiming something about an international directory ... At this point, I'm not sure what Walmart could do, if that is indeed where the system was purchased from. You may be out of luck on this one. Let me know what you find out
