Have Aficio SPC411dn Printer - Error (Error Occurred SC442 - functional problem - call service)

Is there anything I can try before calling for assistance

The Transport belt contact sensor does not detect the movement of actuator at the sensor while the polygon motor rotates.

Could Be
Dirty transfer belt contact sensor
Defective transfer belt contact motor
Disconnected connector of transfer belt contact sensor or motor
1. Replace the transfer belt contact sensor
2. Replace the transfer belt contact motor

This is copied from the service manual
