Drum error code

Hi, drum error codes in digital sharp copiers are non-existent. May be drum error symbols or display messages on touch screen types. They differ depending on model but the most common is reset code 24 sub 7 for example sharp 5015 you rest by pressing; C,Interrupt, 0, Interrupt keys and then inputting the above keys. You may specify your copier model.

When I open my copy machine is a Sharp AR-M355U on the screen appears a message saying code H4-01 What should I do?

H4 error is heat roller under temperature, try pressing the "#" key then "Interrupt" key then "C" key then "Interrupt" key to get into simulation mode and enter 14 and press start the follow instructions on screen (should be press ok). This will reset the code and restart the machine. When the machine restarts if the error was not mechanical the machine should go. If not you have one of two most likely problems; you need to reset the thermal cut-outs on the fuser unit or the fuser lamp is blown.
