For some reason I could not bring up the Ansley unit, but I think you will find the only difference in general is the size and shape. As long as you fan has a fan, lamps, and a remote control, the wiring should be the same.
In general a fan with lamps will have three wires coming out the top when used with a remote control: White - Circuit neutral Green or bare wire - Equipment ground, the third plug we have to deal with on many tools, etc, an inconvenience but an important safety device of sorts. Black or Red, etc - Power into the fan.
If the fan and lamps are to controlled independently of each other, there may be more wires coming out for connection to wall switches.
Important note - If you are installing a fan in this ceiling box for the first time, there are requirements for special fan rated ceiling boxes in order to be able to hold the weight of the fan and many municipalities require permits for ceiling fan installations - boiler plate CYA.
If you find this solution helpful, I would appreciate a Thumbs Up from you. If you require additional clarification, please contact me.
Be well. Paul

You might check to see if the blue wire is connected on top in the canopy and check if you have voltage coming out to your light kit at the wire connection with a meter. Careful with the power.

How do you install the remote transmitter in a Hampton Bay Ansley ceiling fan?

jaggirl, most Hampton Bay, Remote Controlled Ceiling Fans have the receiver already installed inside the fan's cowl. The Transmitter is the Hand Held Remote. Both require batteries.

Ceiling fans turn themselves on.

Hello :

I don't want to scare you . But when your fans turn themselves on , that means there's someone else at home . Why I'm saying that ? It seems that you have a problem in home electrical wiring connections . You need to make test . You can stay in the room where are the fans and send someone else the turn on switches at home one after another until you find which switch is turning the fans on . You need an Electrician to correct this error at home and to wibe ghosts out .

good luck .

rate please .

We have a hampton bay ceiling fan model 54cvt. We cant figure out how to change the light bulb or change the direction of the blades. We dont have a manual for the fan.

This fan is also known as the Hampton Bay Covington 54 Ceiling Fan. You need to turn the globe anti clockwise until it comes out. The full instruction manual can be found here.
