Question about HP LaserJet 2840 Printer
To fix this problem follow these steps :
1. Do a hard reset of the printer ( turn it on take out the usb cable leave it for 2 mins and then replug the usb cable do it 3 times.
after that turn it on and then try.
2. Download the software (driver software) and uninstal and reinstall the printer using recomended settings.
3. Clean the printer (printhead , cartridge etc) and then try.
this should help, else get the product serviced.
