There should be a drain pipe to send the condensed moisture outside. Take the cover off the unit and check where the tray is and unblock the pipe.

Have at home a Samsung Split system AQ24B1QE approx 11 yrs old, leakes water from top, tried cleanig coil and filter still doing the same thing.

Water leak: It's because of non-maintained air conditioner. Clean airfilter, indoor coil, blower wheel and also drain pan. Insulate freon pipelinesproperly and tightly. After that run the a/c. If still water dripping. Checkindoor f.motor speed. If less replace capacitor. If f.m. is o.k, check gaspressure. If less, there will be ice formation over the coil and water drippingwill be there when it melting. If short of gas, check for leak andrectify. Thanks. Helpful?

Water is leeking from bottom of unit.

If this is a mini split system, with the indoor unit mounted up on the wall, and water is dripping from the coil, I would say that the condensate line has a partial plug. Take a ladder and remove the front cover. It may have screws or just snap in place. You will see a drip tray around the perimeter, and dirt from the foam filter sometimes gets into this tray and will over flow. You may be able to see the plastic drain line going to the out side, and may be able to clear it by blowing through it or using compressed air.You could also lay something on the floor and take a picture of water and try washing the dirt and junk free.Wash the filter out while you have it out.I hope this solves your leak problem, i am confident it will.

Check your filter and indoor coil to see if they are dirty, if they are, they need to be cleaned, if not then you are probably low on refrigerant or Blower speed to low.

Leaking water from inside samsung split sytem

if your indoor unit is leaking water down the wall,it is from one of two things.First, is possibly the insulkation on the copper lines is coming loose and the suction line is condesated, with no way to drain,it drips down the unit. The other possiblity is that the drain hose is coming loose from vibration and leaking a little.

LG LST243C-2

- Check your air filter at the indoor if clean.
- Check your evaporator fins if clean.
- Check if no icing in your evaporator and outdoor pipes.
- If your air filter and evaporator fins is clean and icing is present then your unit is under charge.
- When your indoor drips check your drain pipe if there are water comes out. If no water drain from your drain pipes then your drainage is restricted.
- Flush your drainage with water using your garden hose to flush out dirts from your drainage.
