You can download the drivers from the IBM website, but since you didn't mention the operating system, I couldn't give you the specific link. (click here), open the link, and click "Networking: Wireless" or scroll down to the page, locate "Networking : Wireless" and download whatever you think is suitable for your machine. There are several drivers like "Atheros", "Broadcom" and "Intel", you better download and install all of them to make sure you don't miss any of the drivers.
