I'm going to assume you have an epson 406, and that you got a "service req" error. Means, "service required". There should be a code, too, that might tell us what service is required, but without that, we can do little for you.

i have the same 10037 error code in my machine. On internet is says it is 00010037 Print Head thermistor error. I can not understand the problem and service employee could not solve.
I would really appreciate if you can tell me what was the reason of the problem in your machine how the problem is solved on your side?

• Transfer Roller Pressure Solenoid (SL2)
• Transfer Roller Pressure Position Detection Sensor (PC7)
• Engine Board (PWB-A)
Hi.. To fix the E527 error, close the front panel (cover A) and open the top cover (cover B). With the photoconductor unit removed, the toner carousel will rotate. It only rotates if cover A is closed all the way. You can easily rotate the carousel to a position where you can remove/reinstall the toner cartridge if stuck.
