As you have forgotten your system password, you need to reset your password to login to your Windows Vista. Before proceeding with resetting your password, you need to know if your computer is on a domain or in a workgroup. To know more about this, you can refer to the following Microsoft support page:

It says"This domain is blocked. Site

In your workplace (or wherever you are located) the Facebook URL is blocked and cannot be viewed there. It is common practice for many employers to block sites such as this and other social networking sites.

If this is their policy then I'm afraid there may not be much you can do.

I can't open my farmville...it always say this domain is blocked...what to do?

Are you using your computer on a network with filtering software (school, work networks)? Quite a number of such organizations use devices to filter such content. Also, if there is filtering software on your computer, it may block some sites on your computer.

Need to get around proxy blockers to check email

Proxy's are generally blocked by URL so try using Command prompt and pinging the Domain and connecting using IP rather than fully qualified domain name, Some proxy's are blocked by IP which you yourself cannot alter unless you own the proxy and own the hosting its on, In which you can assign an new IP to the website using Apache or depending how proxy script connects editing proxy script.
