I got this some where but dont know if it will work for yr model.
like they say there's no harm in trial u can as well try these out is for a diff model of toshiba but i guess they all use related chips. so folow these instructions

Remove the piece of plastic above the keyboard. Unscrew the 2 screws in the keyboard and lift the keyboard up( No reason to disconnect it ) Unscrew and remove the modem card in the center. There is 2 solder points c88 on the system board. You need to short those 2 points out while you press the power button on. This will reset the bios password. This should take someone about 5 minutes to do.

I dont know the password to the toshiba a205-s5000
hello sir u didnot mession the password for the windows or password for the bios...


if bios password ...
1- remove memory cover
2-remove ram
3-remove striker
4-find the very small jumper GOLD color
5-just short for 2 or 3 time together

and return everything back..

if password for windows...
download hiren cd image .. u r find from google.. Thanks

Hi I forgot my password for toshiba satellite 205 cds , for bios . What I can do ? Please HELP Emanuel
You can reset bios password with 2 method.
(1) open back cover of laptop then find motherboard .Pull cmos cell from motherboard for 15 minutes then again put it in it's position .then it not ask for password.
(2)You can clear password with jumper settings find jumper on motherboard named clear cmos it has 3 pin .1-2-3
Put jumper in 2-3 position then again put it in 1-2 position then check .

Need to reset phoenix bios on toshiba A215-s5825. Bios password has been set by accident. Backdoor passwords do not work, and removing battery from the motherboard did not work. Please Help!!!!!!!!

I've heard before about the toshiba paralell loopback (it's also mentioned on the website above) as a way to unlock your bios you may want to try that aswell.

post back if it worked.. would be good to know if it did.

I remember also reading about the possibility of flashing your bios (you're going to need a floppy drive unit) to at least unlock your hard drive and get your data out, you may still not be able to hack into the bios again.
