Re: deleteing voice recordings
In ma opinion wat u can do is connect the mp3 player to the computer then double click on my computer and u will see an option called removable disk double click on it and u will find all the songs on ur mp3 player delete any one of the songs as u delete normally on ur computer
I went and bought stronger batteries. Then it came right on. The batteries I had in it will work my remote for the tv but not work my mp3 player. I don't know why this is but now I now to put new batteries in it.

Do this procedure for "voice" mode to delete voice recordings:
Delete file (stop submenu) - Delete corresponding files and save files in Music mode, Voice mode or FM mode.
1. In stop interface (FM without stop interface)
2. Short press "MODE" to enter stop submenu
3. Click "NEXT" or "PREV" to choose "single" or "all" files
4. Short press "MODE" to enter the Delete interface
5. Click "NEXT" to change "no" into "yes"
6. Short press MODE to confirm the delete prompt
"Delete all" will delete all related files stored in the selected folder. For example, if in music mode "Delete all" will delete all the music files, while other recorded files (e.g. voice recordings or FM recordings) will not be deleted.
Likewise, if "Delete all" is used when in the "Replay" menu, this will delete all recorded files but leave music files intact.
FM is much simpler – "Delete" or "Delete all" will delete the station(s) saved before.
You have to hook your mp3 to your computer and click on the start menu on the bottom left hand side of the screen. click on the My Computer link. Then it will give you an option of clicking on the E:drive link which should say ilo beside it. click on it and it will show you every file on your mp3! from there you can delete any file you want!
I hope this was helpful! I had the same problem.
