Assuming you have Internet Explorer- these steps are for IE8 (in safari, opera or any other browser the exact names may change but the steps are the similar):

Click on "Page", "Save As" and chose your location for the file.

Alternately, you can highlight the text you want to save (using Hold Left Click on mouse and drag), then using keyboard hit Control+C to copy. Open Notepad (using the "Start Button/Accesories/Notepad") and type Control+V to paste --the right click and choosing "Copy and/or Paste" works too. You can then save the file using the "File" tab and "Save As". This method does not save all the formatiing but results in smaller file sizes.

Cannot sign in to myemail. com; getting message that webmail disk space is running low

If you are not low on disc space, the computer is being fooled into thinking it is. Try running a registry cleaner first followed by defragmenting the file system.

I can't sign into my webmail account

Webmail is a type of email that allows you to access your messages on any computer with a browser and Internet connection.
Webmail has its advantages over email clients (such as Outlook) in that it allows remote access to your account.
It also is convenient because it does not require extra software to be installed on your computer. It takes a couple of moments to log in to your webmail account.
Open a browser.
Go to your email service login page.
For example, If you have a Yahoo! account, go to http://mail.yahoo.com/, if you have a Gmail account, go to http://mail.google.com/ and if you have a AOL account, go to http://webmail.aol.com.
Contact your Internet service provider if you're not sure of your Webmail login page.

Type your user name and password in the fields provided on the page.
Click the "Go" or "Sign In" button.
You will be taken to your email account where you can manage your messages.

Hi Martha,

When you logged in to webmail did it ask you to change your password? Does a box popup in Outlook asking you to change your password as soon as it opens?

If it does just enter your new password in the outlook window.

My AIM mail won't let me reply back! Please help

Is the problem with the Webmail service or a mail program? If the issue is the webmail, then it's an issue that I can't help you fix; it is on the server.

If you are using a program like Windows Mail or Thunderbird, first have you gotten a message about accessing a security site (to prove you are a real human)? That system has issues and you may need to clear the cache and cookies in your browser before going to that site to unlock the security issue.

Second: make sure you have your outgoing mail correctly set-up. It should have server name: smtp.aim.com port 587. You need your user name and password enabled but not the secure authentication or Connection security.

Finally there have been recent problems on the authentication side of AIM service. I'd seen messages that this problem was fixed but it may wtill have problems. http://twitter.com/aolmail has updates (usually limited to M-F).

I hope this helps.

Cindy Wells
(If you use IMAP for your incoming mail, you can have an easy work around if the Webmail interface is working. Write your outgoing message in your preferred mail program and save to draft. Login to the Webmail on your browser. Go to the draft folder and you should be able to chose either send message or edit and then send. If you use POP3, it's a multi-step process to cut and paste the message from the draft in a new compose window on the Webmail service.)

Mail disappears after it has downloaded in Mozilla Thunderbird

You probably have setup a POP access on your Thunderbird to download your mails from your webmail. POP will download all of your message from your wembail to your Thunderbird and will place all of these message in your Thunderbird's inbox. Regardless if those message where sorted in different folders in your webmail.

In order for your mails to stay on your webmail you need to enable a setting in your Thunderbird that will leave a copy of your messages in your webmail. You can follow the steps below to check this setting:

On your Thunderbird

1.) Click Tools
2.) Click Account Settings
3.) Click Server Settings underneath the account that you setup.
4.) Verify that 'Leave messages on server' is checked in the server settings section

I hope this one will help.

Do not have any sent messages after sending a message. Why not??

This may just be how their webmail is setup, some ISP's make you choose and option to save sent mail, if you have an options section in yours i would go through and see if anything pertains to sent mail, otherwise mts.net tech support should be able to walk you through.
