Hi I bought a CITIZ machine from nespresso 110VW, but my husband turned into a 220VW and of course it is not working anymore. What parts should I change ? Can I take it to fix somewhere in Orlando, FL ?

I see, that is a major problem for sure. The main problem is the manufacturer is in Switzerland. You are going to want to go to the following place close to you for help:

CitiZ swap outside casing

I've stripped the casing from this model and it isn't difficult, though you do have to be careful. You should check out the Service Manual for the machine to first to decide if you're up to the job. The service manual is readily available online, just Google, 'Nespresso Citiz Service Manual' and you should get it in PDF format. The manual explains the process for dismantling and re-assempling. It also conatins wiring diagrams for all versions. It looks like the casing is the same, regardless of country. When I stripped mine, I didn't have the specialist Nespresso tools for the job, but carefully inprovised using small pliers instead of the special oval screw driver. BEWARE...any remaining warranty will be invalid if you carry out any work on the units!

My Nespresso citiz lungo button will only give expresso amount of water

Ok, what you have done is programmed your machine. If you hold down the button for 3 secs you get 3 secs of coffee, so turn on your machine wait for it to warm up then without using a capsule press and hold the button until you get 110mls for a lungo and this will be stored in the memory. If this doesn't work there is a on/off switch on the right handside turn it on with your finger down on the lungo button for 5 secs and then release the button and this will take it back to factory settings.
