Question about Honda Garden
You just bought it so it is under warranty. I would take it back to the place you bought it for service. If the starter rope will not pull then the engine may be locked up. Check the oil level and make sure it is full before returning it for service. Most Honda engines have a low oil pressure shut off to prevent damage to the engine if it may be low of oil. But you are saying the rope will not even pull which indicates the engine is locked up or something is broken in the starter assembly. You can remove the screws holding the starter rope assembly on the engine and then see if something is broken inside. But considering it is under warranty I advise against doing anything or you may void the warranty. Take it back to the dealer and let them solve this problem. You paid for the warranty when you bought it, so avail yourself of this warranty.
