assuming you haven't had this for that long your projector should still be under warranty it would be better for you to get Epson to replace it

Fist thing you need to do is check all the filters.
Take them out and use a vacuum cleaner on a gentle **** to clean out the dust.
Use the brush attachment also go around the projector and de dust all the grills.

Probably because the HD80 is not 3D compatible...

My optoma es526 came with a 7year colour warenty,try ringing up optoma and send your projector to them or try replacing the colour wheel.

Hello Carmen,
Well this can usually be caused by one of two things.
#1 the main board has failed and needs to be replaced.
#2 The firmware's flash data has been corrupted and need to be re-flashed. Both of these solutions will need to be performed by an authorized technician.
