Fist thing you need to do is check all the filters.
Take them out and use a vacuum cleaner on a gentle **** to clean out the dust.
Use the brush attachment also go around the projector and de dust all the grills.

Hello Carmen, Well this can usually be caused by one of two things. #1 the main board has failed and needs to be replaced. #2 The firmware's flash data has been corrupted and need to be re-flashed.
