Question about Mitsubishi WS-65809 65" Rear Projection Television
To prove the ICs need resoldering just tap the heat sinks with the handle of a screw driver if the convergance gets corrected as you tap then yes resolder if not then replace the ICs. you need an OHM meter to test the resistors you also need to know there values as they are tested. If I were to do the job I would charge $250.00 labor plus parts. call around ask the techs in you area what they charge for the repair.
