My downloaded movie is not playingi getting codicerror

Such things happen because either the computer /player does not have the required codec (the codec used to make the video), or the player cannot select it correctly.
The KMPlayer comes with the latest codecs and it can select the correct codec without trouble. VLC comes next. Most other players seem to have problems with codecs.
So download KMPlayer from CNET.
Play the movie with KMPlayer.

Panasonic zs10 can not see video files with flash reader

Do you have a card reader? Connect the memory card to the reader.
Download 'KMPlayer' software. (I recommend downloading it from www.CNET.com).
Run KM Player. Right click on the KMPlayer screen, select 'Open file', and browse and open the memory card.
Let us know the result.

Good luck!

I have uploaded a a video to my pc,but when i started to play it the media player can not read it.

Hi, well the answer is CODEC's this is why your media Player will not play your video.
You need to find out what CODEC your Camera stores it's images with.
Then you can either get the CODEC that will enable your media Player to play the Video.

Below is your user manual, it tells you in there what CODEC the Video is encoded in.
Usually it is in some MPEG4 format.
I suggest that you get a copy of KMPlayer, this will play almost anything that it can open. link below.

I only get sound when using windows media player, no video, help please?

The problem is definitely the codecs you have installed.

Try a player that does not need codecs to be installed (has codecs packed inside its core) like KMPlayer, VLCPlayer, mPlayer etc.

If these players work then I suggest you stick with them, they are way better than Windows Media Player.

Still if they work and you love Windows Media Player then I suggest to uninstall the codecs pack you installer (ACE / K-Lite / etc) and reinstall the latest version of K-Lite codecs (my personal recommendation; still, I go with KMPlayer and need no codecs installed).

If none of the above codec-less players work then you have an overlay problem (while playing a video the player defines a color that will be used by the player itself as the canvas for drawing the movie directly). TRY REINSTALLING YOUR VIDEO CARD DRIVER, this might help if nothing from above works.

Codec problem

sir.
kmplayer is not that good, u can simply solve your problem by updating the software or
just download another software such as vlc player ,gomplayer ,realplayer ,etc. which are very good and plays .avi mpeg and almost all kind of videos and also can be downloaded for free by just typing the name in google.
