Hi! Please try this. Unplug the printer from power source then press hold the power button for 10secs. while unplugged. This should reset the system and will bring back your printer to it's normal working condition. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

Where is the idle screw on a 2000 R1

The following is for a 2001 model, may be the same on a 2000.
Follow your shift linkage from the foot shifter 'up' the linkage rod.
Where the linkage rod meets the shift shaft, right beside it you will find a gold colored Knob.
Thats the idle adjuster.
You will want to loosen the left Mid-fairing to allow you to get your hand behind it to reach the adjuster knob.
You dont have to remove it, just loosen the 1/4 turn screws holding it.
do not adjust the idle when the engines cold. Have it good and warmed up.
When your finished, retighten the 1/4 turn screws, and your finished.
Small adjustments, allowing the engine to 'catch-up' work best.
Good luck.

Rinse and Spin cycle stuck and not rinsing or spinning properly

Just read your posting. Now just a couple of questions. Are you using a warm fill for the wash or cold?if are using warm try cold only and take note of the time it takes to fill.I don't think your cold water is filling properly. My manual says that with only the 1st rinse light working it is your control module that is faulty. Please try a cold water wash and reply back so we can rectify this problem.

How do I free a stuck cartridge service station.

Hi,

These are generally pretty easy, they are supposed to move to the center whenever you open the lid. However, there are quite a few things that can stop this from occuring,

If you have a print job in the que, or a camera card in one of the readers it needs to finish what it has qued before it can continue.

Remove any camera cards, close the lid and power down your computer. Then turn off the power to the printer. Remove the printers power cord and wait thirty seconds. Plug it back in and give it a minute to get through it's warm up. While it's warming up listen for the normal sounds of the head moving back and forth.

If you don't hear the sound it's likely a mechanical failure in the printer, if you do when you open the lid now it should move to the center to allow you to load the new ink.

If it doesn't you can post back here for additional info or go to:

enter the chat with an online hp support tech as they have more detailed info for you to diagnose the issue.

Hope this helps FixYa,

Hp psc 2110 copy problem stuck warming up & scanner bar get stuck

The scanner carret belt might be too loose, so the printer cannot pass through the self-test. Try tightening it a little bit. Also you have to either repair the nobs or solder it.
