It's still covered by warranty, so I suggest taking it to where you got it. If they don't have a warranty station, you can find the nearest one on the below site.

My suction wont work. It works for about 2 swipes and then quits. When you stop and restart it does the same. It is only 2 months old!!!!!

Hopefully you don't have a bad impeller on the suction motor. Start with this though: Make sure that you check for obstructions in ALL of the tubes, from the brushes all the way to the bag/canister. I've found that in many cases, especially if you have pets, the hoses will get clogged, or if you have some type of a filter assembly in the unit, make sure that it is clean so that the machine can breathe properly. Hope this helps!

No water or solution through main unit

It is definitely the heater which is clogged. The heater is contained in the handle. Symptoms are that tools will displense cleaning fluid but main cleaner jets will not. Only the main cleaner jets use fluid which has been heated. The heater is quite easy to dismantle and clean however you will be working near mains electricity so ensure the unit is switched off and unplugged

NO POWER WHEN I PLUG UP THE VACCUM

I had the same problem when I first bought mine. I let it set for a while and did some online research. I can't remember the site I went to, but it said that this sweeper will shut off when overheated to protect it and will start back up later. I went back and turned mine back on and it was fine.

Bissell Carpet Cleaner pro heat- water doesnt come out

The screw that is located in the center of the handle, that holds the assecory hose holder must be tight. My screw was missing, put one in and cured the problem. Sounds stupid but it worked. Got this idea off the Bissell web site. Also if you have a pump belt it may need replacing. The cover is on the side of the machine. Go to the Bissell web site and look up by your model # and name of machine. There are several quick fixes that you can do yourself. Why pay for expensive repairs when the Bissell site will help you for free. Good luck.
