Thats to say theres a problem with ry right catridge it might be from the ink or catridge head or may be u may need to insert it properly.
so try replacing the right ink, if the problem continues, i will suspect the catridge head.
thank u

I put in new black cartridge and it keeps saying to remove and check cartridge. Everything seems to look ok.

Sometime this will happen if you only replace only one cartridge.
You could try to remove both cartridges.
Close the cover and wait for printer to recycle.
ReInstall both cartridges.

My hp psc 2410 keeps reading to remove and check black catridge i clean the contacts, i make reset but nothing. keep saying the same to remove and check black catridge

You could remove both cartridges.
Close cover and turn off printer.
Unplug printer for at least 10 minutes before plugging back into the outlet
Turn on printer and install cartridges.
If this does not correct the problem, the cartridge may be bad.
