if it is water cooled check for mud in the radiator fins. If air cooled check fpr mud at the base of the head and barrel fins. You may need a compression test to see if there is a head gasket problem if water cooled .

How r15 radiator works

r15 radiator works under the same principle as most systems work in regards to radiators, water is pumped throughout the bikes cooling system that is under pressure so it can pass through the system in a circular method this means that the water passes over parts of the motor that have a heat build up due to combustion and is then passed through the radiator which is getting cooled by fresh air either by the bikes fans or the movement going forward that forces cool air to flow over the radiator and cooling down the hot water that can then get recycled and pass over the parts of your motor dispersing the heat back to the radiator for cooling , this heat transfer was done by the motor having fins built into its shape therefore the passing air would pass through and around the fins taking much of the heat with it, but most modern motorcycles use a radiator much the same way as a car does .

I have a Aqua Pro heat pump P130 with error code F5 does anyone know what that means

Error FS?
Unit has started defrost cycle and will reverse operation in 5 minutes.
If coolant has nor res=ached desired temp, unit will shut down and display FS

Other models:
FS can mean not enough water flow in cooling mode.

Model z-110 white powder build-up around the outside end of the motor. no water leaking at this time. motor runs on 240 v. BOB ADAMS

White powder build up would indicate to me calcium deposit but calcium is usually a pretty hard caked on product once produced.
Coming out of the back of the motor is usually caused by the friction of the windings working.

How do I wire the AquaPro 600 correctly? Do I need 3 or 4 wires> L1 and L2 Hot, Ground and Nutral or just the 2 Hot and ground?

Depends. L1 and L2 would indicate two hot wires. Definitely need a ground. I would pull a white just because. Is there ANYTHING in the device that operates on 110 - if yes, you will definitely need the neutral.

My Spa needs a new pump. A Max E Pro Pump 2 speed was recomended but I found a Aquaflo Flo-Master Xp2 Spa Pump 1.5 Hp Two Speed which is new for about $400. less. Can I use the Aquaflo model just as well?

Yes, and I recommend and install them. Look at the voltage and Amperage information on both as well. It is typical to see 220V @ 12.9 amps. If you find this on both motors, they are the same size anyways.

It would take a while to explain, but motor manufacturers can rate a motor @ 1.5HP or 2HP and it can be the same motor. They use a rating called a "service factor" to screw around with the actual HP of a motor. But even if the 1.5 is a 1.5, it would be sufficient.

Removal of Aqua-Flo pump from motor

You will need to pull the front of the pump off then unscrew the impeller. The impeller will be set on the shaft and will take some force to break free. Hold ing the back of the shaft and using water pump pliers on the face of the impeller will usually work but sometimes I will wedge a screwdriver in the fin of the impeller and hit it sharply (not hard) with a hammer to break it free. Then the housing will just pull free of the motor. When replaceing, the impeller just goes on hand tight. Hope this helps and good luck.

Cooking info

You can print a new manual off of www.chargriller.com. But, the basics are:
1) Take cooking grates off of grill
2) Put enough charcoal on the grill to cover the desired cooking area two coal layers high
3) Pile up desired amount of charcoal (laid out in step 2)
4) Spray lighter fluid all over charcoal pile
5) Light the pile
6) Let the pile burn until the flames die out and most of the coal has turned white
7) Spread the coals back out (use tongs they will be hot). Put any coals that are still black on top of the white ones.
8) Put your cooking grates back on the grill and let the last black coals turn white and the grates heat up.
9) Now cook!

Copper coils of aqua pro corroded and leaking on heater

Replace coil. This damage is a result of a continually low ph and alkalinity condition or an extremely high level of chlorine. Test water frequently

Corrosion on the fins of my heat pump

Do you have something close to it like a hot tub or spa or pool? If so the Chlorine is reacting with the aluminum causing it to corrode.

I suggest moving one or the other if this is the case.

If this helps you please rate me as high as you can If not please post back with an extended detail of your problem. thank you for using fix ya. Good Luck.
