Question about Samsung SRP 350 Thermal Printer
I just installed a SRP-350PG for a customer of mine today. I used the Windows drivers (version 3.7.1Ea downloaded from this site) on Windows Vista and everything installed well.
However, when I printed a Windows test page, it came out very weird. Most seemed to print OK, but the text was a little moved to the right, and the last few letters of each line actually appeared at the very left on the same line.
I uploaded a scan of the problem here (look at the letters at the left margin):
I also tried printing with Word and with my software application, and the result was the same.
This situation has been driving me nuts the whole day. Does anybody have an idea of what could be wrong?
I appreciate any help anyone of you can provide.
Thanks in advance,
