First Step is that please get your mobile screen calibrated by acessing te mobile calibration option in your phone settings
Second step if still the problem exists then please check that if your phone is under warranty then get the screen repaired from the nearest LG customer care & if the mobile warranty is expired then if feseable then get it repaired from a reliable source but as far as my recomendation goes please go for genuine parts and proper source
