Possibly a software / firmware corruption - professional flashing required in most cases.
Or a hardware side problem.. In both cases I would recommend takeing the phone in to be checked.
But if your able to enter numbers into the phone.. you can try
*2767*3855# = Full Reset (Caution every stored data will be deleted.)
*2767*2878# = Custom Reset
