Open the front flap and take out the drum unit there will be a paper stuck. Pull it out and problem solved. :)

F9 is a door lock error and to solve this issue you can hold
the light switch for 15 seconds, this will reset the control. If it won't work
then hold the light switch in and set the unit to clean and after a minute
press cancel to cancel the clean cycle. If still it won't work then the door
lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post
back for further assistance.

I have put in new color cartridges. Can not print anything at all. I always get the signal ERR and 1ERC. There are no jobs to print. Please help and also show me how to obtain a manual for the Epson 825. Thanks so much.

Printer began printing multiple copies when only one was requested. Switched printer off to stop the printing. Now error light won't go off and the printer will not print anything.
Same problem as the first post her... Blinking error light after stopping a print job in the middle, then clearing it, now error light won't stop blinking...
I halted a print job and now the error light won't stop blinking. Restarted multiple times and nothing.
First of all, I don't know why my problem was posted under Brother HL-2140, that is NOT where I posted it. The problem I'm having with the error light that won't stop blinking is with a Konica-Minolta Magicolor 2400w and coutomelissa's suggestion was no help at all; there is no paper stuck anywhere in the paper path at all. I'm still waiting for an intelligent solution to my problem! This printer has been useless for several months now!
