Hi, when a phone displays "charger not supported", It is usually caused by the charger.When the charger is damaged it display "charger not supported".The only way to solve this problem is to replace the charger with a new one and the phone will charge normal.

I had the exact same problem. There is something wrong with the new charger, either the voltage or something... But when i changed to the old Nokia chager (same small pin) It worked. One can prob just deliver it back and get a new charger.
