Turn the camera off and then back on again. If the same message appears after you turn power back on, contact CASIO SERVICE CENTER.....IF YOUR PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRRANTY,THEN THE CHARGE FOR SEVICE WILL BE LESS AND IF IT IS MORE,JUST EXCHANGE YOUR CAMERA AND GO FOR A HIGHER END DEFINITION CAMERA.....
