If you feel comfortable doing it read on...

Down in the "Start" menu type in "services"...

You'll want to select the "Services" icon (has one big blue cog and a much smaller cog to its right) and right mouse click it.

Choose to "Runs as Administrator"... give it a few seconds to load.

Once the services menu pops up look for anything that says "Bluetooth.." anything...

Look to the right of that "Bluetooth" service and see if it has the word "Started" in the column labled "Status".

If it DOES NOT, right mouse click on that "Bluetooth" item... Go all the way to the bottom of that menu box and choose "Properties"

In the subsequent menu you want to use the "Startup" drop box and select "Automatic"...Compatibility issue between a Bluetooth - d96826d.pngNow, if you want, you can try hitting the "Start" button just bellow the drop box and see if that activates the service. If so Voi La! if not, you may have to restart the computer in order for it to take effect.

If this doesn't seem to cure the problem, you might want to visit your Bluetooth device manufacturer's web site and see if there is a current software solution for your device.

If after doing these couple of things, things still aren't working, give me a holler and let's see what we can do next.

Hope this helps...

How do you turn off safe mode

Safe modeis caused by a BIOS or Hardware compatibility issue.
It can also be caused by a virus infection.
For the latter - go to and download a copy of their rescue disk (the free version isn't as good as the paid version, but I have associates who have phenominal luck with the free version).
The hardware issues can be as simple as a corrupt driver or a bad cable (yea, it could also be a faulty hardware item as well).
When booting up F2 will genrally get you into the BIOS setup.
If you give me the make (ie HP, Dell, Gateway, etc) and Model I can more specifically address the question. If you give me thw service tag number as well I can direct you more efficiently.

I purchase a Plantronics Voyager Pro blue tooth headset it will not pair with Casio GZone phone,

If the Bluetooth versions are different it means the two will not pair, you need a device that shares the same versions of Bluetooth for easy compatibility with your phone. You will need to trade that for a compatible version of Headsets.

Incompatibility with windows7

Hello asad_sayedmo
Driver issue , Canon doesn't support some devices under Windows 7 anymore .
Try with a XP or a Vista driver in compatibility mode .
Otherwise , if you absolutely need to keep your device , here is a workaround :
solution one :
If you have the W XP install disc , you can install a virtual version of W XP on your machine from
solution two :
If you still have the install disc , you can also partition your primary and install W XP on the new partition from
Back up your data first.
solution fthree :
I have Win 7 on my primary and installed Win XP on my secundary . Works like a charm .

If nothing works , you will need to buy a new compatible printer .

Best regards ,

How can i run my DOP on my Windows7 64bit

If a program cannot be run under Windows 7 because of compatibility issues you have to right click on the executable file that will start the application and click Properties. Select Compatibility tab and then select the Windows version you know the program worked on before. This way the program will be run as it would run under Windows XP or Vista, 32 bit or 64 bit.

I am not able to connect my bluetooth device with others n not able to share information with other via bluetooth

First ensure that your bluetooth is on and visible to everyone

When you want to send a file and scroll to "Send via Bluetooth" on your phone, your device list may come up empty. Sometimes this can be resolved by physically moving the devices closer together. The maximum distance between devices is 30 feet -- less if there is an obstacle blocking the signal.

check to see if the receiving device expects a security code before receiving transmissions. Some phones have security restrictions to prevent hacks.

Most Bluetooth-equipped devices come with a factory-set name. Change your device settings so that all your electronics have unique monikers. There are still some compatibility issues among Bluetooth devices, too. If you can send a file from your phone to your computer, odds are everything is working properly, but you have compatibility issues with the receiving device. Check the manufacturer's website for software updates for your phone, or visit a service center. But be careful: New phone software that updates the operating system can erase all your phone information.

I can t connect to my headseat bluetooth

If all the pairing instructions are being followed and the connection still can't be made Its usually compatibility issues that's the problem.

As this is a Bluetooth version 1.2 device if you are attempting to pair it with a newer 2.x compatible device it may not work properly even though backward compatibility is supposed to be a given.

In that case the best answer is to purchase a newer Bluetooth 2.x compatible headset to work with your Bluetooth 2.x enabled device.

Phone compatability

Theoretically any Bluetooth-enabled phone will work with your device. However, there are certain phones by different manufacturers known to have issues pairing with the TomTom. The BEST way around this is to take your GO 730 into the store with you, and actually test it out prior to purchasing it to make sure it will pair correctly.
