If you are asking about external card reader it is usually connects to USB, for the built-in's it connects to internal USB on motherboard. According to your motherboard's picture http://pclab.pl/zdjecia/artykuly/khedron/780G/perspektywa-1_1000.jpg internal card-reader connects to the one of these salad green plugs on the right bottom.
