Question about Computers & Internet
If you are sure the trojan has been removed, you can try a couple of things. First, make sure your drivers for you network interface card are installed and enabled. Of course, make sure your ethernet cable is connected to you modem/router. Third, once you are sure that the network interface card, drivers, and cable are installed try re-installing your internet explorer or whatever program you are using for internet access. You might have to install your internet access program from the disk or you can download the internet explorer program to a flash drive on another computer and install it on yours. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
