If you are sure the trojan has been removed, you can try a couple of things. First, make sure your drivers for you network interface card are installed and enabled. Of course, make sure your ethernet cable is connected to you modem/router. Third, once you are sure that the network interface card, drivers, and cable are installed try re-installing your internet explorer or whatever program you are using for internet access. You might have to install your internet access program from the disk or you can download the internet explorer program to a flash drive on another computer and install it on yours. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

Did your parents install nannyware?
(No insult intended -- kids need protection)
If not, you can change your security settings.
Go to System > Internet Options > Security. You may find your security settings are too high. Also, you could add the website as a Safe Site.
If that does not work, open control panel >classic view> firewall > turn it off > and then try again.
However: remember security exists for a reason. Viruses, Trojans, and other malware lurks for the purpose of harming you and your computer, especially if the firewall is off.
I rocomend that you go to www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware Malwarebytes Anti-Malware's industry-leading scanner detects and removes malware like worms, Trojans, etc...
Always download only from the program's publisher, never from a site such as C/NET or downloads.com which are full of malware.
One other site you can trust is SourceForge.net -- the home of freeware maintained by dedicated volunteers.

I got a virus (I believe it was a trojan horse), I removed it my self, but now my computer is slow, and I can only use Opera as an internet browser (I'm using it right now). I was wondering how to reboot...

Without a proper antivirus, your computer remains vulnerable to various malware, spyware, spam, rootkits, Trojan horses, and other viruses. Keyloggers and rootkits attack your PC and start destroying and corrupting the Windows registries. A corrupt Windows registry disturbs and slows down the processing of your computer. Hence, you suffer slow speed and hanging problems while working on the computer.

Any Help with TROJ AGENT.AJGF

Please indicate which anti-virus detected it, and make sure it
is not a false positive, such as those often reported by AVG

Also which OS are you using?

1) Reboot your computer into ugly mode (i.e. safe mode) by
pressing F8 after the POST but before the boot process.

(chose safe-mode)

2) Run the anti-virus again and see if it will remove the trojan.

3) Always scan your PC with multiple products, since no
antivirus on the market will detect or remove all viruses.

TRY:

AVG
KASPERSKY
McAfee
AD-Aware
ADBOT SD
F-Secure
Black Light
Rootkit Revealer

etc.

Be extremely careful about ROGUE anti-malware scanners
on the internet, which are themselves malware or trojans,
designed to give you false positives and milk you for money.

Check every product against reviews by reputable sources
like PC magazines, Wikipedia, Download dot com, Tucows
and user forums.

===
Finally you can often locate malware files within the system32
and pre-fetch directories. They often use mutating names and
have a recent creation date. Typically 50 to 100K. Check the
copyrigtht notices in properties, google the file names.

Also any executables within temporary folders, download folders
or under the user profiles tree (documents and settings) are
extremely (!!!) suspect.
