You wont be able to do that but you can try to use USB cord and use it as Modem Data. That will give you limited access but still better than dialup connection. Usually you'll get E signal speed so at around 25-35kb/s speed. Using Data cord you add a modem and call #477 or something weird like that with ATT. Google it.
