There are several possibilities. First the drum's waste ink tank overflown or the cartridge issue, or the fuser not reaching the optimum temperature, or the transfer kit.
First, remove the drum and disassemble it, you'll see a small opening (close with a plastic cap), open it and remove all the Toner in it. You should handle the drum very carefully, and don't ever touch the drum bar. After it's removed, try printing again.
If this doesn't improve the print quality, turn off the machine and remove the fuser unit (it should be located on the back side of the machine), look inside the unit very carefully and clean it with a very soft brush. After it's cleaned and cleared, reinstall it, then try again.
It's also important to clean all the passage, to do this, first open the front tray, remove the drum and the fuser, take a blower (air can) or a vacuum cleaner and clean the passage with whatever you can.
Now reinstall everything and try again.
If the problem persists, you can try reinstalling the printer's driver with the current/latest updated drivers.
