most paddles are removed by grabbing hold of the paddle and pull towards the front of the washer which should release them youll need to lift it out when you have pulled on them love

You can call whirlpool for service but the tech sheet f28 has a communication problem from you computer to the motor..
The communication between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and
the Motor Control Unit (MCU) cannot be sent correctly.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check wire harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and
Central Control Unit (CCU).
– Check connections of the CCU board within the housing.
– Make sure all grounding switches are engaged.
3. Check the drive system for any worn or failed components.
4. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
5. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any
6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor.
7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations.
8. Check that the serial harness at the MCU is not mounted
upside down. The wires should be to the left when facing
the MCU connectors.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the ballast securing bolts had sheared off and the back of the drum had to be replaced

My eurotech washer has an inner and outer stainless steel drum. The inner drum is supported in the back by cast aluminum supports. (like many other models). The cast aluminum carodes and weakens and breaks. You may find pices of this in the strainer. Not hard to replace and not expensive but very difficult to get the part. Eurotech has been out of the part for months.
