Check to see if there is water in the bottom of the DW after the buzzing sound is over.

Windshield washer pumps are attached to the windshield washer fluid container. Remove that container and look for the washer pump. That is the only item with two wires connected to it. First remove hose connected to the washer pump and turn the washer switch on. IF water flows from the washer, your water lines are clogged, if no water flows, your washer pump maybe dead or there is no power going to the washer pump.
Try testing IF current is passing/present at the two wires by connecting as continuity tester or simply a small lamp. Switch the washer on and see if the bulb gets lit, if it does, there is power and your problem is the washer pump itself. Replace the pump.
For the washer to spin, it must first drain the water out of the tub. Since you are hearing a rattling noise, and your washer will not drain, most likely the problem is the drain motor itself. The impeller wears out on the shaft, and start to wobble, and make a vibrating/rattling noise.
this is an indication that there have been an over flow of water into the the wiring system of the washer affecting the jet screw
what you need is to make sure that the water level is always at the proper level and also make sure that water will not over flow to the other side of the washer if this continue it likely to give you an error code then clean up all water that has flow around the water.
