I so have the same problem. I have the same velcrow chrono watch from Walmart. I was going to set the date on it when I accidentally set the hourly chime. I annoys everyone, especially when it goes off every hour.

SOURCE: Where can I get an owner's manual for a Sector 133

As there is no manual downloads possible for SECTOR watches, the only solution is to contact SECTOR directly. Of course you can browse all the internet, but I'm quite sure direct contact will save you nerves, time and money.
Here is the link:

You have to put in "alarm mode", remember you have to push BOTON MODE. Then you will be at "stand by mode", "data bank(phone) mode", "world time mode", "alarm mode" "chrono mode", and set (analog watch) mode"

then you are in "alarm mode" then push "REV and FWD BOTONS" at the same time, one time, or two times or three times, until the "beep icon and bell icon" are in ON mode

Good look

Lost the beep on my timex watch alarm

Try taking the back off and orientating it the other way (i.e. turn top for bottom). You don't have to screw it down to see if this will work. As soon as the back clicks in you will be able to hear beeps as you press the buttons
