That problem pertains to Microsoft. Your best bet is to call the computer manufacturer and tell them the problem. It also depends on if you are still under warranty. Can you also give me more information, so I can assist you better.

Open the program lusrmgr (local users and groups manager double click users right click administrator then properties then enable then close then log off switch users to admin then update enjoy job done

Hello,Some times your Desktop shortcuts or Start Menu Disappeared.It is happening due to Error Occurred in Explorer.exe. You can Clear this Error without Formatting.Just Do Following..
  1. Copy "explorer.exe" from other clean computer (from C:WINDOWS)
  2. And Paste it In your computer go to C:WINDOWS

Here is a possible fix found at the Microsoft knowledge base .
read and follow the instruction given.
If you are not comfortable with the registry fix then you may have to call the mother board tech support for further instructions but this is found in the Windows 7 environment or operating system.

Savedump.exe error


Hi there
Savedump.exe is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. The file is a Windows core system file. The program has no visible window. savedump.exe is a Microsoft signed file. Therefore the technical security rating is 4% dangerous.
Some malware camouflage themselves as savedump.exe, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Thus check the savedump.exe process on your pc whether it is pest. I recommend Security Task Manager for verifying your computer's security.

If you want to get the full potential of 64bit processor then you will have install XP X64 and yes i'm sure SP3 will install.

This error code means that a file that initializes the component being accessed is corrupt or missing.

Go to Start and type cmd.exe In the results, right click the cmd.exe file and select the Run As Administrator option. In the command dialog, type the following.

sfc /scannow

Press ENTER.
