You can get this by downloading the audio drivers from the website of your hardware vendor like if it is dell then go to dell.com, if it is hp got to hp.com.
Search for drivers >>Selec the model of your computer>>select the Operating system as XP and download it or you can call your hardware vendor and they will guide you through the steps.Like call hp,dell whomsoever is the hardware vendor of the system.

Go to the computer manufacturer's support website, and find the main page for your computer.
Click on the Drivers download tab.

Download, and Save, the Audio driver file.
Close all windows, go back to your desktop screen.

Go to the folder the audio driver was saved to, and Double-click on the audio file name.
(Opens file)

The Installation Wizard will come up.
Follow the easy instructions. (Essentially just click on Next, Next, and Finish at the bottom.
Windows knows the correct place to put the audio driver file. No need to change anything)

If you state the computer manufacturer's name, and it's Model Number, I can give you more exacting information.

I dont know why that when i use voipcheap the sounds like a computer sounds. However, when i use skype to talk with my friend, the sounds is normal~ can i ask why?

Hello,

If the sound quality is cheap, then you may try to uninstall and reinstall the audio driver. Go to start/type device manager on the search box/look for sound, video and game controller/uninstall the high definition driver or the audio drive, do not check the delete box. Once the driver is uninstalled, restart the NB. The audio driver will be reinstalled automatically once laptop is restarted. Then test the sound.

Hope it works.

My sound card has been deleted from my computer!

Sounds like the sound card died, it's not unheard of. Plug it into another computer and see if it's recognized.
