    Thank you for your post:

Yes the battery is fully charged. This phone is a i6 pro from china that I ordered for cellphoneshop.com

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps you have posted and It still will not power back on.

It was working find until I deleted (china mobile) from the network settings. As soon as I deleted this web address it turned off and I've been unable to turn it back on since. I have searched for technical manual on this cell phone with no luck.

    Thanks for your help

    William

Hi,

Please ensure that the battery of the phone is charged fully.

Deleting some websites from the bookmarks should not create an issue. Is this what you meant by saying "I deleted the factory web sites?"

What all was deleted?

Please try the following steps:

1. Remove the memory card and SIM card (s).
2. Remove the battery.
3. After about 1 minute, please insert the battery (Fully Charged)
4. Try to start the phone with the SIM and memory card not installed.
5. Insert SIM and attempt to start.
6. Insert Memory card and attempt to start.

In case it starts without the card, just format the card and it should work for you.

In most issues like these the Memory Card is the cause of the error.

If this doesn't work for you, please comment and let me know, and I will be more than happy to assist you to further resolve your issue.

I understand that you deleted (China Mobile) from the network settings.

Well, since it has not worked after all the steps it looks like you will have to get it serviced.

The phone is missing some critical files it needs for running.

There are techs who might help you by flashing the phone's entire memory and refreshing the Operating System.

This procedure requires the phone to be hardwired to a box and the internal memory is rebuilt.

How do i unfreeze my tablet

Hold down power button until shuts off. If freezing continues then has a virus. Go to app store and download avast and do a full system scan. If can't do that then do a factory reset. Back up everything on computer first. Hold down home button, power button and volume down at the same time when powered off. After boot screen release only the power button. When a screen loads use volume keys to navigate to factory restore and press power button then wait till done. If volume down doesn't work then use volume up instead.

Hard reset will bring your device back to factory settings thus it will delete all your personal files so a back up copy is recommended.

You need also to charge your device not less than eighty percent.

Press and Hold power and volume buttons at the same time until your tablet turns ON and see the android logo. Once it turns ON release all the buttons then use the volume key to scroll then power key to select. Scroll then select wipe data/factory reset.Scroll then select yes--delete all user data. Select reboot system now and wait until it finished and restart.

MacBook Pro is slow when disconnected with electric charging.

First step would be to Reset Your Mac's SMC
The method for resetting your Mac's SMC depends on the type of Mac you have. All SMC reset instructions require shutting down your Mac first. If your Mac fails to shut down, try pressing and holding the power button until the Mac shuts down, which usually takes 10 seconds or so.

Mac portables with user-removable batteries (MacBook and most MacBook Pros):

1.Shut down your Mac.
2.Disconnect your Mac portable from its MagSafe connector.
3.Remove the battery.
4.Press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds.
5.Release the power button.
6.Re-install the battery.
7.Reconnect the MagSafe connector.
8.Turn your Mac on.
Mac portables with non-user-removable batteries (MacBook Air and some late 2009 MacBook Pro models):

1.Shut down your Mac.
2.Connect the MagSafe power adapter to your Mac and to a power outlet.
3.On the built-in keyboard (this will not work from an external keyboard), simultaneously press and hold the left shift, control, and option keys while you press the power button. Release all keys at the same time.
4.Press the power button to start your Mac.

Mac desktops (Mac Pro, iMac, Mac mini):

1.Shut down your Mac.
2.Unplug your Mac's power cord.
3.Press and hold the Mac's power button for 15 seconds.
4.Release the power button.
5.Reconnect your Mac's power cord.
6.Wait five seconds.
7.Start your Mac by pressing the power button.

Alternative SMC reset for Mac Pro:

If you have a Mac Pro that isn't responding to the normal SMC reset as described above, you can force a manual SMC reset by using the SMC reset button located on the Mac Pro's motherboard.

1.Shut down your Mac.
2.Unplug the Mac's power cord.
3.Open the Mac Pro's side access panel.
4.Just below the Drive 4 sled and adjacent to the top PCI-e slot is a small button labeled SMC. Press and hold this button for 10 seconds.
5.Close the Mac Pro's side door.
6.Reconnect your Mac's power cord.
7.Wait five seconds.
8.Start your Mac by pressing the power button.
Now that you have reset the SMC on your Mac, it should be back to operating as you expect. If the SMC reset didn't fix your problems, you can try combining it with a PRAM reset. Although the PRAM works differently than the SMC, it can, depending on your Mac model, store a few bits of information that the SMC uses.

What does it mean when android robot is laying on its back

I am giving you an example with an Motorola Tablet. I'd try clearing your cache partition, you can get to the android recovery with your buttons.
1. Turn tablet off. You may need to use two hands in this process to press and hold buttons properly.

2. Turn on the tablet with power button, wait a full 2 seconds from the time the tablet starts showing the red Motorola logo, then press and hold the down Volume key. (you should not hold down the power button after it turns on and logo appears)

3. "Android Recovery" will appear on top of screen if timing is done correctly. Release volume button. (if you continue to press volume down at that message, the message will cycle through "RSD, Fastboot, and back to Android Recovery. Make sure message states Android Recovery before you go to next step). If stuck at a RSD protocol or Fast boot screen, reboot the tablet by holding power button then pressing the volume up).

4. While screen states "Android Recovery", Press volume up button, the screen will say "Entering Android recovery mode" and a few seconds later an Android robot graphic will appear alone on the screen. Release buttons.

5. Hold down power button and then press the volume up key together to see the Android Recovery screen menu selections.

6. Use the volume buttons to move up and down through selection in this menu.

7. Using the volume down button, scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset"

8. Tap Power hard key to select option.

9. Scroll down to select "Yes, delete all user data".

10. Tap the power button to select. Wiping and formatting data will take a few minutes.

11. You will return back to the Android recovery screen menu.

12. Tap the Power button to "Reboot system now" which will power-cycle tablet and eventually power back on to the Initial Set-up / Welcome screen present when you first turned on your tablet.
As you're going through the options don't do the factory data reset, look for wipe cache partition then follow the instructions to reboot.

Hope this helps!!! Let me know if you need more help
