Rheem digital gas pool heater fan code

The Fan code would indicate a problem with the combustion air blower. The is a pressure switch to indicate there is sufficent combustion air, and if not then unit shuts down. Either the fan isn't running, or there is an obsturction in the fan or exhaust piping, preventing enough air flow.
cfh would be call for heat, which would be a normal display when water temp is below setpoint
See the link below for a manual. Once you open the page look on lower right side for documents, then install manual

My heater blows warm air when fan on low then when you turn the fan on high it gets cold.

This indicates that enough hot water isn't getting from the engine into the heater core at a fast enough pace to keep up with the increased demand when you have the fan on higher speeds, and that the system is restricted. If your temperature gauge is indicating the engine is at normal operating temp. or you can tell by the general temperature of the engine, then more than likely, you'll need to have the entire system cooling system tested & flushed good luck

Dv55 intermittent pilot electronic heater works but when the fan comes on flame floats and pilot shutoff relights on and off

This is an indication that you may have a crack in the heat exchanger and that the fan is blowing the flame off the pilot and burner. It also could indicate a plugged air intake or exhaust vent. Get it looked at today!

Fan and heater run fine but fan does not shut off for a long time

Check the diagnostic indicator.
1. If the blower runs for hours make sure the fan switch on the thermostat is set on "auto".
2. The furnace safety system must be in lockout. This is the furaces way of telling you there is a problem.
3 Most common problem is a dirty flame sensor.

Heating circuit and thermostat design

Hi, You need a thermostat with a remote sensor that should be about the same position as the middle rack in the cabinet. Yes, have the circulating fan run constantly on a separate switch or on a rotary in the second position and the fan/heater in the third position as off, fan on, fan/heater on. I would also wire in an indicator light or two as well as some way to monitor temp/humidity so that you would have a positive indication that things were running, the idea being so that you open the cabinet as little as possible. By the way this works great for fruit with just the fan. Good Luck!
