Question about Sony Ericsson Cell Phones
The phone lock code is a personal code that you can set up to the phone to protect it from being stolen.
To get the code removed if you have forgotten it and codes like 1234 and 12345, 0000,00000 don't work. Then you must contact sony to arrange repair / getting the phone unlocked.
The code can not be unlocked by your carrier or service provider, or phone resellers. Local phone repairers might be able to unlock the phone, but the best bet is sending the phone to sony.
Let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help you with.
