Question about Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
The eNet service is an Acer-specific connection management program. For some reason the service has stopped running. You can check its status through control panel.
Go into Control Panel and from there into Administrative Tools. The Services list is there. You might need to check that it's set to start automatically, and that it is running. If it's not running, start it and set it to start automatically. If it seems to be running, restart it and see if you get any error messages. If you get error messages, post a followup comment on this ticket and I'll try and help further.

How do i reboot mpc back to factory setting please

I try all of that but each time i try the computer hangup I also try in safe mode but it told me I cannot make those changes in safe mode
