Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
Usually that error means on of two things, that the bottom paper tray is broken on the unit, or dislodged, or you have major hardware failure in the unit. Both of which are pretty bad errors, but check the paper trays, make sure they look fine and are loaded in correctly. If they are and you still have the error, unplug the unit for a good 2 minutes then replug it in. If the error still persists you are going to need some service on this unit unfortunately. You will want to call Konica at that point unless you have a specific service person you usually use. Their number is 1-800-456-6422
