Question about Russound CA64i 12Channel Amplifier
It is major hardware failure on the device, as long as you have tried rebooting it (unplugging for 2 minutes and replugging). Then it is the internal processor or other major board that has failed. Many things can cause it not to output sound... could even be a solder point that broke inside the unit on one of the boards. No easy fix for this but you can take apart the machine and look for physical damage if you want to try and fix it yourself.
