Question about Televison & Video
This isn't a setting problem - when both light on the front panel are lit it's because the power source of the tv has failed and the lights are signalling the damage.
The tv is fixable - but you will have to call a repairman to replace the failed capacitors and the fried secondary power stage. It will cost you about $200, home visit from a repairman included.
But your tv is old and the parts inside it have aged and are starting to fail. Pretty soon the horizontal deflection will fail - another $200. Followed by the controller , and the sound amplifier, and the vertical deflection, and...
It will be cheaper in the end to just get a new tv.
