How do you access the electronics on whirlpool model wtw7040dw

Do you want to access the main control board? If so, unplug the washer then pull it away from the wall. Remove the screw holding the top rear panel in place. Remove the rear panel. The control board is held in place by another screw. Note the power wire is connected to the back of the control board. See this page for a diagram: .

To see the wiring to the pump and motor, start with opening the washer as if to clean the pump filter. If needed remove the lower back panel.

I hope this helps.

Whirlpool LSR8010PQ0 motor hums and leaks water

Somethnig is wrong with your transmission. Since it is leaking, the seals are broken or damaged. The water leaked in your transmission. The problem with Whirlpool washing machines, the motor is directly coupled with the transmission. There is a high probability that the leaking water corroded the transmission, thereby freezing it. Your best bet is to have the transmission and the water leak fixed. Do not run the washing machine till you have this fixed, otherwise, you face the chance of losing your motor.

I have a whirlpool stackable washer and dryer.Model Lte6234Dt3 Serial Ms2102958. I need to replace the water pump. Do I need to remove the washer skin to do this?

To replace the pump you need to remove the front panel of the washer to do that. To do that remove the diagoal panel between the control panel and and washer top. Usea flat blade screwdriver and pop up the brass clips in the rear of washer top, slide top out and off,the their will be screws on the side panels that hold the front panel on the left side must remove the hose asm. to fill spout to get to screw for front panel thats under fill tube asm.

Good luck, i hope this helps and if it does please give me 4 thumbs up

WHIRPOOL washer model LSR8010PQ0, WHEN LOADED WIT...

If large items in the machine create an imbalanced load the machine is designed to switch off...Towels are notorious for doing this because they hold so much water. Jeans don't soak up much water. Wash towels with towels alone and the problem should be reduced....Good luck....Nomess

Remove these screws and lift the control panel forward then backwards.
Unplug the lid switch wire.
Remove the 2 metal clips holding the cabinet to the back panel.
Remove the cabinet by pulling it forward.
Then you can view the leak from the tube causing your problem.

Schematics needed!retrieveModelDetails.action?modelNumber=GGW9250PL0&productCategoryId=0151200&brandId=1198&method:retrieveModelDetails=x

This link shows the blow ups for the different area's of the machine. The schematic would just give you a wiring diagram, but if you need that as well, remove the 2 1/4" screws on the top panel towards the rear. Slide the top panel towards the rear and lift up on it. Once the top is out of the way, you should find a schematic on the right hand side panel. If it is not there (as with some duet models), remove the lower front panel (2 1/4" screws along the bottom of the panel) and the schematics will be attached to the inside of the panel itself.

easy, find two screws at front corners of control panel bottom, remove and lift panel (may slide forward then up) panel is hinged in rear. See two brass clips, use flat screwdriver on front end of clip and pry out both, unplug lid switch, and tilt cabinet back and off- hooked under front and over side rails.
